To ensure we give you clear information on the size of the property and the property boundaries, we have all our properties surveyed by qualified, regional land surveyors. The boundaries are cut out as small paths through the trees by woodcutters and are clearly marked. We can then use these paths as an opportunity to walk and visit all properties. The corners are marked with survey pins by the surveyors.

After the surveying has been carried out, each of our properties have a survey plan approved. If a property is bought from us, each buyer receives a survey plan for their property with their purchase contract (see also “Buying a property from us”).
We always plan our lots in such a way that we can contractually guarantee development. Of course, we also have this officially secured. However, every builder still needs a building permit when building a house. The guaranteed development only means that the property is suitable for development, although there is no obligation to build!
