Many of you may already be familiar with our “Beaver Lodge Estates” development. After the first phase of this development was so well received, we have now succeeded in developing 14 further lots at short notice. Already during our first visit to “Beaver Lodge Estates,” we were completely enthusiastic. The location of this development is ideal for all those who are looking for peace and quiet in nature and still want good connections to the infrastructure.
In Port Hawkesbury, which is only about 15 minutes away, there are supermarkets, restaurants, schools, doctors, playgrounds and so on. And also the nearest hospital is only 10 minutes away from “Beaver Lodge Estates”. “Beaver Lodge Estates has -we think- a very special atmosphere. You will find a relatively young mixed forest in this development and there are always open spaces. During our research, we looked at old aerial photographs of this area and it looks like part of this development used to belong to a nearby farm.
The properties...
In the second phase of the “Beaver Lodge Estates” development, we again found streams that run through individual properties or past some properties. One of these creeks also runs through the first phase of our “Beaver Lodge Estates” development and ends there in a Beaver Pond, where the beaver couple has built their lodge (i.e. their house) and lives there. When we arrived at the site, we immediately knew that we wanted to name this development after the beavers – the name “Beaver Lodge Estates” was born.
We have planned all the plots in this development so that they are guaranteed to be buildable, although there is no obligation to build. You can easily access your plot from the public road via a newly built access road.

Access to the water...
Very close to our Beaver Lodge Estates development we have another beautiful property situated directly on the River Inhabitants. The property serves as a community lot that can be used by all owners and residents of the Beaver Lodge Estates development. This riverside property can be reached by car in just a few minutes and you have the possibility to launch a boat there via a specially constructed path. By the way, the River Inhabitants have direct access to the sea, so you can take your boat out to the Atlantic Ocean for fishing.
If you prefer it a bit quieter, you can of course launch your canoe or kayak, paddle a bit across the river and simply enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the wildlife. However, this communal property is not only used as a boat mooring. There are also picnic tables there, so you can spend a lovely day by the water with the family, the kids playing on the beach and the adults just relaxing. And at the barbecue area, which is also available, you can then end the day with the family around the campfire…
